REVIEW ONBOARDING EMAIL & WATCH ONBOARDING INTRO VIDEO: This is located inside of your MEMBERSHIP Site in the RAPID REFERRAL section and it will lay out the program details more in depth, explain how this program works, what your roles and responsibilities are, how we can support you to achieve your goals, and how to access program materials.
2. 30 MINUTE STRATEGY CALL: After completing your Gap Analysis Questionnaire, Phase ZERO, step 3 in your roadmap, you will get a link to schedule a strategy call with Gregg or one of his coaches.
3. DOWNLOAD THE CALENDAR OF EVENTS: Make sure you have downloaded the calendar of events so that you are in the loop on all the live support that is available to you. An email will come to you from us where you can upload the dates in your calendar. If you do not receive this, please message us at [email protected]
4. DOWNLOAD THE VOXER APP: Download the free version of the app called VOXER. Then find my Voxer profile Gmaz1; then send me a quick message. This app is to be used sparingly when a sales related or bigger issue pops up and you need a lifeline to me directly and for things that can’t wait to be answered during our other weekly Q & A or Sales group sessions.
5. START GOING THROUGH THE TRAINING VIDEOS: Start working your way through the roadmap and training videos on the membership site. Save the URL and keep your user name and password handy. Watch each training, download the companion guides, and start completing any tasks or quizzes that are part of the training. This is designed to ensure that you are actually putting in the work, absorbing the material, as well as maintaining your eligibility for the guarantee. Any assignments that need to be turned in can be sent to [email protected]
We will be doing weekly group calls with Gregg and/or other members of the team. These calls are designed to help you gain clarity on what you should be focusing on next, upping your skills, and getting in the right mindset.
As such, this is the design of the weekly group sessions:
MINDSET MONDAY MONTHLY TRAININGS: These 20-30 minute monthly mindset sessions are designed to help you overcome your biggest mental roadblocks, fears, or the thought patterns/wiring that is holding you back. We want to start the week off on the right footing and with the right energy…and these sessions will do just that.
Keep your eye out for a weekly email from us every first Monday of the month asking you what thought patterns or fears could be holding you back from your next level of success.
Success is 20% strategy and tactics and about 80% what’s happening in between our ears and our limiting beliefs, fears, and thought patterns.
Q & A TUESDAYS: These sessions are designed to help you with any questions/challenges or bottlenecks you are having inside of your home care business. Come join us on these group calls where you can ask me live about anything that is coming up for you as it relates to this program, implementation, and/or other challenges you are having inside of your home care business. It’s up to you to show up to these sessions, be bold enough to ask for what you need, while listening and learning from the other challenges your peers are having.
SALES SYSTEM THURSDAYS: These sessions we will be teaching sessions where we will be different aspects of sales and the sales system live. Learn new (and old) topics as it relates to effective sales and marketing. These calls will last between 30 to 60 minutes, with some Q & A time if time allows. Come to these sessions if you want to keep upping your sales game.
NOTE: We do our best to stay consistent with these sessions. There may be times where the sessions are being hosted by Gregg, one of his coaches, outside speakers, and/or his partner. There will be special situations where we have a big event happening or people travelling or even a life circumstance where a session gets cancelled. Regardless, your questions will always get answered and if you need something, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Dates and times of these sessions are subject to change
As a coaching member you will be doing monthly 1 to 1 check in calls with your coach.
These 30 minute coaching calls are designed to help keep you on track, check in on your progress, and assist you with overcoming any potential obstacles holding you back. Our coaches are well equipped to keep you on point and moving forward in your quest for rapid referrals. They are well versed in the sales system and also familiar with the resources available to you inside of the membership site.
COACHING CALL CANCELLATION NOTICE:
As a courtesy to the coaches and other program members, we require 24 hours cancellation notice for any calls that need to be canceled or rescheduled. By providing adequate cancelation notice, this allows the valuable time slot to be opened up for another coaching call to be conducted. Failure to provide this will result in that call being logged as ‘taken’. (unless there are extreme circumstances).
You have access to a membership site with all of the video trainings, support guides, quizzes, and more for this Rapid Referral Program. First step is to go into your membership site and watch the intro video. Keep your user name and password saved and handy. Save the URL to the membership site for future reference because you will be coming back to this often.
You will have access to the Rapid Referral Training Program forever. So you can come back to it, use it as a training tool for your sales people, and ultimately reinforce the lessons shared inside of this program. The people who are the most successful come back to this more than once to reboot and refresh and master the lessons.
As a bonus, we have also provided you with additional support training videos that you will have access to while you are part of this program. For 9 months you will have access to all the additional support videos and access to these additional trainings will be removed when your initial time in the program is over. We have included things like recruiting systems, operational systems, hiring sales people, sales management systems and more just to help you in case you come across any roadblocks. Focus on reaching your rapid referral goals, but don’t hesitate to leverage what’s available to you in the membership site while you are part of this program.
We have gamified this process for you a bit. We are taking you through a process to reach your goals, generate a consistent flow of referrals, while also making it fun! Earn points as you reach different milestones. You will see there are 6 phases in this program.
PHASE 0- is the phase where we help you identify your goals and remove mental roadblocks or stories holding you back.
PHASE 1 - is the phase where we integrate the key strategies for helping you as you get ready for launch of your new sales system. This is like the rocket fuel that will propel you and your rocket ship as it takes off on a journey creating a massive flow of referrals.
PHASE 2 - This is the foundation for helping you get the key pieces in place for your journey that will support you going forward
PHASE 3 - Is when we start taking action with building and nurturing relationships.
PHASE 4 - Is the next level of action. This is where we deepen the referral relationships and implement more skills for generating referrals
PHASE 5 - This is where Quantum Growth starts to happen by optimizing our ability to generate referrals while also training our team on how to convert and close those referrals at a higher clip. This is when scaling truly starts to happen.
As you pass through each phase, do the trainings, and either complete the exercises and/or do the quizzes to show competency, you will be awarded points. As we complete the different phases, we will be recognizing you for your accomplishments. Your goal is to complete the journey following this proven roadmap, have fun in the process, and start generating results

We expect that for the first 2-4 weeks you will be investing time in learning and implementing the beginning phases of this program. Each section is important and intentional.
WE know that for the first few weeks, you may not have KPIs to submit. But by the end of the first 30 days (preferably sooner) you will be completing your weekly “check ins”. These check ins are designed to help keep you on track with the key activities that drive results. Please review the check in forms and complete them each week. You get a pass for the first 30 days, but after that, you must complete these check ins each week. When there is accountability and consistency, this is how success happens. This is not meant to be another “chore”. Its simply meant to keep you and/or your sales person on track.
As such, you are expected to complete this weekly check in form each week. We will not baby you or hold your hand. As an adult, we expect you to stay on top of this. We know that if you are doing your part, the results will follow. That’s why you signed up for this program? Isn’t it? Results? Most people wouldn’t start a business and expect to make multiple $$ millions in 6 months or less. You also wouldn’t hire a couple of brand new employees and expect them to totally transform your biz in less than 30 days!
We ask you to invest in this process like you would a new employee - understanding that you will start seeing better and better results after you’ve made it through the onboarding training roadmap and you’ve implemented the different pieces.
If you are following the process, you will typically start seeing results withing the first 60-90 days after full implementation, and then by staying consistent with it, your results will continue to multiply and snowball. Results and time frames will vary based on a lot of different factors. Most is which is your mindset in approaching this and your willingness to take consistent action.
Over the next few months, this is how we normally see client accounts progressing, and we want to go over this example here.
We will conduct live events from time to time. If you are an active coaching client with us, you will be invited to attend any of our live events at no cost to you (except of course you will be responsible for travel, lodging, and your own food while away)
Please help us keep the group energized and facilitate the networking aspect of the group (important for you!). We are all energetic creatures. When you are thriving and winning, everyone else sees what’s possible and feeds off of your energy. With that, we ask that you take the time to post your wins inside of the Rapid Referral Facebook group. Use the group to pose questions as well and discuss ideas with other game changers who are on a similar path as you.

We know that our clients who put in the time and effort to implement our sales system will get results. We’ve worked with enough clients and have enough feedback to know that this is true. Our guarantee is that if you implement the sales system and you do your part, you will get at least 10+ net new clients during your time in the program. If for some reason this does not happen, we will work with you for free until you do.
What this typically looks like is the first 2 to 4 weeks you will be learning and implementing the strategy and pieces of the sales system. From there, once you start getting in the field, implementing the system, and building relationships with your referral sources, it usually takes about 60-90 days to start seeing the fruits of your labor and referrals may start trickling in (for many this happens sooner..but 60-90 days is more the norm). From there, as you are staying consistent it typically starts to build and eventually snowball. Yes, there may be ups and downs along the way in terms of your referral count, but we are guaranteeing that if you implement the system as it’s taught, and hold up your part, you will be better off then when you started to the tune of 10 net new clients.
According to Home Care Pulses 2022 Benchmarking study, the average lifetime value of a client was just over $15,000 per client. This does not mean that you will see $15K in revenue all at once, it will vary client to client, and market to market, but the industry average is just north of $15K. According to the data, this would equate to just north of $150,000 in new revenue. We are not making income claims, just sharing the above for perspective based on industry data. Results can and will vary. Yet, we will still stand behind our guarantee.
You have to do your part as well. You can’t expect to just magically generate referrals without putting in the effort needed to make it happen. Implement the system and it works. Below highlights what your part in this is.
Watch the entirety of the sales system video trainings in the RAPID REFERRAL section. Our membership site will tell us what % of videos have been watched.
Complete any and all assignments that are required, especially in the “Strategic Rocket Fuel Section” and submit proof of completing those assignments to [email protected]. These assignments are mentioned/highlighted in your training videos.
Complete all of the quizzes with appropriate answers that are part of each training to show proficiency. Quizzes are all located inside of the Rapid referral section of the membership site.

Attend at least 8 of your 9 once a month 1 to 1 coaching calls
Complete at least 90% of the weekly KPI check in forms
After month 1 of the program (which is your learning and ramping up period), you must be out marketing a minimum of 20 hours per week, or average at least 25 face to face calls per week for at least 31 of the remaining 34 weeks
You/Your Sales person must have pre-qualified at least 50% of the accounts on your list
You/Your Sales person must have completed at least fifteen 3P Presentations (this is similar to an in-service) following our 3P presentation model
You must have conducted at least 20 DREAM Team/Resource Partner meetings following our Dream Team Partner Meeting Model.
Attend at least 5 Mindset Monday group sessions, 5 Q & A group sessions, and 10 Sales Group Coaching Sessions
Notify us at least once by the end of month 6 if for some reason you have put in the work above and still have not generated at least 5 NET NEW clients by that point. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] This will give us a heads up that we need to drill down with you more to ensure that you get the results.
You are eligible for this warranty of service if you have implemented the system and you still do not generate at least 10 net new referrals within the next 9 months. If this happens, it is up to you to notify us if you are off track by the 6 month mark and also at the end of this program to let us know that this has happened.
In order to be eligible for this warranty, you must commit to fully participating in the program. To show the required level of participation, you must have met at a minimum the above requirements.
Additionally, you must contact us immediately if at any time you are implementing and still not seeing results, are unhappy, or are dissatisfied at any point during the process so we can help optimize the program for better results. Do this by emailing us at [email protected]
Failure to participate in the above guidelines and/or submit the necessary documentation, and/or failure to attend the required calls will eliminate your eligibility for this warranty without exceptions.
